White Strawberry Peach Balsamic Sangria

White Strawberry Peach Balsamic Sangria

This popular beverage was served at the Woodbury Lakes Girls' Night Out Event and is an often requested recipe in our store. A lovely, seasonal libation for any occasion!

4 cups assorted fruits (mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, apricot, etc)
1/4 cup thinly sliced peeled fresh ginger (optional)
1/2 cup fresh basil or mint leaves (ours had mint)
1 cup Olive Branch White Strawberry Peach Balsamic
1 bottle crisp, effervescent white wine (we use New Age White Wine)
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon (optional)
Ice

1. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine fruit, ginger, basil or mint, and Olive Branch White Strawberry Peach Balsamic. Mash gently with the back of a wooden spoon until basil is bruised and fruit releases juices.

2. Add wine and lemon juice and stir to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour (or up to 1 day). To serve, fill glasses with ice and top with Sangria.
